While GAI accepts the above insurance plans, there are some plans associated with the plans we do not accept. It is your responsibility to verify your plan’s particular benefits before you have any procedures. We make every effort to get the correct insurance information from the patient prior to scheduling the appointment. However, if we do come across a plan that we do not accept once an appointment has been scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel that appointment/procedure, thus avoiding the possibility of leaving the patient with an account balance where insurance will not apply.
